Systems

From business decisions to capable teams

Identify the work worth funding, design how people and agents will deliver it, and build the capability to keep improving. Build TBD connects these steps through a shared operating approach.

Connect the decision, the delivery and the people

  1. Decision Thread: identify the decision

Start with the decisions and workflows that could change a business outcome. Make the evidence, alternatives, data needs and constraints visible, then carry the human decision into assigned work and review.

  2. Agent Centered Design: define how the work runs

Specify the context, authority, handoffs, quality checks and feedback that people and agents need. Give the work clear boundaries and someone responsible for accepting the result.

  3. Parallax: coordinate delivery and review

Connect planning to scoped execution, progress, returned evidence and review records. Retain what the team learns so the next decision can build on the work already done.

  4. Innovation Lab: build the capability to continue

Develop practical skills through workshops and training, support implementation, or bring fractional Innovation and AI Executive leadership to the portfolio. Agree the ownership, work products and outcomes with your team.

GeoFiber complements this approach through navigation and inference: finding relevant context and patterns worth investigating. Its fit is evaluated for the proposed workflow; human decision authority and work dispatch remain separate.

Choose the parts that fit your problem. Each engagement defines the methods, systems, support and any license it needs.

Choose the role your workflow needs

Parallax

Bring planning, scoped work and review records into one operations runtime.

GeoFiber

Explore whether bounded context navigation and inference fit a supported use case.

Decision Thread

Keep the basis, alternatives, human decision, work and returned evidence connected.

Start with a business problem

As an illustrative starting point, an operations leader exploring draft assistance could define the permitted source, who reviews a draft and who may send it. ACD frames that work. A Decision Thread can retain the options, the human choice and what comes back from a trial.

If coordinating the work and its review is the problem, discuss a Parallax evaluation. If finding relevant material in permitted records is the problem, discuss GeoFiber capability fit. These are proposed starting points; usefulness would need to be evaluated in your workflow.

GeoFiber’s role is navigation and inference. Human authority and Parallax’s work dispatch remain separate.

Continue through practice or system access

Bring ACD into your consulting practice

The developing delivery-partner pathway starts with a supported, bounded client pilot. Training, client-delivery authorization, and continued corporate use are separate scopes.

Explore ACD partner pilots

Support an internal team over time

The proposed corporate arrangement supports current instruments, method updates, ongoing practice records, and agreed support. Activation depends on the continued capabilities a team chooses.

Retrieve attributable method knowledge

ACD Knowledge Access would bring a curated, versioned reference collection into supported agent tools through MCP. It is a read-only pilot pathway with defined use rights and usage allowances.

Evaluate bounded operations

Parallax Operations Access would begin with scoped observation in a customer environment. Individual actions depend on verified permissions, isolation, records, and recovery.

These pathways begin with qualification and a defined proposal. An inquiry does not provide immediate software access, partner authorization, or a grant of rights.

Choose the next step

  • Discuss an applied ACD engagement or a Decision Thread mapping scope with a named workflow owner and permitted examples.
  • For Parallax or GeoFiber, agree a supported evaluation mode, environment and acceptance criteria before access or installation.
  • A license proposal identifies the actual package, permitted use, implementation and support. Availability and terms require a scope review.

For employee training, implementation or fractional AI leadership, start with Innovation Lab. A Lab engagement does not require a system license.
